Pluck you!

I was looking for an RSS reader and I was told about Mozilla’s Thunderbird. I've used other Outlook add-in tools but was never really impressed with any of them. After using Thunderbird for a while I was left with the impression that this was just Outlook Express with RSS feed support and it was a bit clunky. After surfing a bit (googling) I took a chance and downloaded Pluck (pluck.com) and have been really impressed with its RSS functionality and implementation. It doesn’t support newsgroups but it does a great job with RSS feeds and providing an online repository for your web favorites. It also has a cool function called Perch that allows you to create a search whose results will be updated as new items are found. Take a look at this application; it’s a keeper.
